We’re excited to share news about the opening of our new wellness clinic – One and Only Health Clinic. We are currently looking for a friendly and dedicated Receptionist/Assistant to join our team and become the welcoming face of our clinic.

Receptionist/Assistant Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND)
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming Clients:
- Greet and assist clients warmly and professionally.
2. Communication Management:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
3. Reception Area Maintenance:
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the clinic staff with administrative tasks.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Passion for health and wellness
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for full-time employment
