Virginia Pizza Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for this scholarship, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Be a degree-seeking student in the College of Health and Human Services (chhs).
  • Major in a health profession related to geriatric care.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25, either from GSU or your prior university.
  • Be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students for the upcoming semester.
  • Must be an Illinois resident and a United States citizen.

Documentation Required:

To apply for this scholarship, you will need to provide the following:

  1. A biographical essay explaining how your chosen major connects to your intention to work with the elderly in your future career. If you currently work with older adults, describe how your major/degree choice will enhance your work.
